Best Practice Psychotherapy is a growing outpatient mental health group practice located in Woodbridge, Connecticut. We provide therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, families, and groups with a commitment to thoughtful clinical care, professionalism, and compassionate support.

We are currently accepting applications from licensed and pre-licensed clinicians interested in outpatient therapist jobs in Woodbridge, CT, hybrid therapy roles, and telehealth therapist opportunities across Connecticut.

Current Opportunities

We welcome applications from clinicians with the following Connecticut licenses or credentials: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, and LADC

Opportunities may include part-time, full-time, contract, in-person, hybrid, or telehealth roles based on current practice needs, clinician availability, licensure status, payer credentialing, and clinical fit.

Also accepting pre-licenses: LMSW and LPCA

Pre-licensed therapist roles are considered based on practice need, supervision availability, clinical readiness, schedule fit, and client population needs.

Applicants should be prepared to follow documentation standards, participate in supervision or consultation as required, and provide care within the appropriate scope of practice.
