Aldin Arifovski, LPCA
Mental Health Therapist
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate committed to creating a supportive, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and exploring the challenges affecting their well-being.
I completed my graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern New Hampshire University. During my internship at Consultation and Counseling Associates, I worked with children, young adults, and older adults experiencing concerns such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, major life transitions, medical challenges, employment concerns, and stress.
I believe meaningful therapy begins with trust, open communication, and a genuine understanding of each client’s individual experiences, values, and goals. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, emphasizing helping clients gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and identify practical ways to navigate difficult emotions and life circumstances.
I strive to meet each client with patience, empathy, and curiosity. Together, we can better understand the patterns and experiences contributing to distress and work toward changes that feel realistic, meaningful, and sustainable.
