I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to fostering a supportive and grounded therapeutic environment. My goal is to help clients navigate emotional pain, practical stressors, and significant life changes with compassion and clarity.
With experience in schools and community mental health, I have worked with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship issues, and life transitions. During this time, I received training in diverse treatment modalities and trauma-informed care.
I believe that meaningful change happens when clients feel both supported and empowered. To enhance this process, I assist clients in gaining insight into their experiences, identifying patterns, and developing tools that promote emotional wellness. Together, we work towards achieving a life that feels more balanced and manageable.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy engaging in creative projects, trying out new recipes, and spending quality time with friends.
