About the Practice

Established in 2015, Best Practice Psychotherapy is an outpatient mental health private practice that provides comprehensive mental health services for Woodbridge, New Haven, and other surrounding communities. The Practice aims to remove a common barrier that may prevent individuals from seeking mental health treatment – the ability to afford the services. Subsequently, a sliding fee scale is offered to those who are eligible. The Practice has succeeded in providing comfort, therapeutic support, and psychoeducation to all clients served.
